Aland Islands: Pommern Windjammer
Pommern is a 4-mast windjammer ship docked in Mariehamn, the capital of Åland Islands and part of the Maritime Museum. Åland was well known in the 17-19th centuries as a port and a shipbuilding place. Pommern is a magnificent sailing ship built in 1903 and has a long sailing record around the world, surviving both world wars unscathed. You can board the ship and explore pretty much everything, short of climbing the masts
