Canada/AB: Jasper NP – Athabasca Falls

Athabasca Falls is a powerful warerfall in the northern part of Jasper National Park. The water slams through limestone, creating several cascades, tunnels, potholes, and a beautiful sculpted slot canyon. A series of bridges and walkways can get you pretty close to the violent water, where you can enjoy the views (and scenes of dozens of Japanese tourists being splashed with the spray, cameras included).
