Canada/NWT: Yellowknife – Ingraham Trail

Ingraham Trail (aka Highway 4) is a highway going north from Yellowknife – originally planned as a road to high Arctic, it ends only after about 70km. But it’s some spectacular scenery along the way – lakes everywhere, tundra forests, and spectacular vistas. Still rather early in May as everything is dead and frozen.
