France/Germany: Alsace Food Recap

Alsace has an interesting mixed of German and French influences as well as deeply specific local food traditions. Spectacular white wines and beers aside, the dish almost invariably included some assortment of sausages and meats with potatoes and sauerkraut – incredibly delicious albeit hearty combinations.
