Haiti: Haitian food recap

Admittedly, I didn’t get to try much Haitian food – the restaurant at the hotel was using more French fare. But in general, the food is a mix of French influences and creole – spicy and fresh seafood and meats. Roast goat was delicious, raw conch ceviche as more of an acquired taste. And nothing beats freshly caught red snapper, grilled whole with creole spices.
