Ibiza: Amnesia – Steve Aoki, Jonas Blue
Ibiza is back with a bang in 2022 after a two year COVID-hiatus. And one of the best places to kick start it was Amnesia (one of the oldest Ibiza clubs and once voted best in the world) and American superstar DJ Steve Aoki (the highest rated and the highest grossing American deejay of all times). Steve Aoki is a heir of the Benihana Japanese restaurant fortune, but chose to go into music production and deejaying instead. Since 2013, Aoki has been consistently rated in top 10 global deejays by DJ Mag (he was #10 in 2021). After a couple warm-up acts including British Jonas Blue, Steve Aoki came with a bang (literally) and the spectacular light and sound and insanity show began, with most of his hits and collaborations over the years being played to the jumping crowd. In a classic Aoki manner, the show ended with ten massive cakes being thrown in the crowd.
