Kenya: Amboselli National Park – Game Drives
It’s not just huge herds of elephants everywhere in Amboselli – there is plenty of other wildlife all easily observed in wide open plains as far as the eye can see – lions and hyena looking for prey, zebras and wildebeests grazing, Grant’s gazelles and impalas prancing, large groups of Masai ostriches running around, giraffes seeking the trees, and even a hippo taking a walk on the wild side out of water. A couple new species here – yellow baboons (smaller and much more peaceful than their relatives), a rare large grey mongoose, and even a civet cat.
