Madagascar: Ifaty beaches & sunsets
Southeastern Madagascar coast is fringed by the Great Madagascar Barrier Reef, the fifth largest reef in the world. The reef comes very close to the coast at Ifaty and given the massive tide fluctuation gets rather shallow and exposed so is not perfect for diving and snorkeling. But the beach, ocean, pirogue boats floating by, and sunset views are stunning from the Le Paradisier Lodge!
