Baja cuisine is an unlimited seafood-lover feast every single day in every single Baja’s town. Oysters, octopus, marlin and yellow fin tuna (both as sashimi and grilled), giant scallops and tiny baby Catarina scallops, shrimp of all sizes, Pacific lobster tails, Baja-style fish tacos, giant chocolate clams (my personal favorite), and much, much more.
