Montenegro: Lake Skadar National Park
Lake Skadar is the largest freshwater lake in the Balkans located between Montenegro and Albania. It’s a spectacular landscapes of karst mountains and lush wetlands. It’s fed by several underground streams and also river coming from the mountains and similar to Okavango Delta almost doubles in size in spring.
