Morocco: High Atlas Mountains

High Atlas Mountains is one if the four mountain ranges in Morocco and is the highest, going to the elevation of 4,165 m/13,665 ft. The mountains rise sharply on the Atlantic Ocean side, necessitating an inane switchback road between Marrakech and Quarzazate. High up – it’s a cold air with pine groves and juniper, and crashed pics everywhere. In winter, this is all covered with snow.
