Mozambique: Tete Bridge

Tete Bridge (aka Samora Machel bridge, named after the former president) is the largest bridge spanning the mighty Zambezi River in the town of Tete in northern Mozambique. The suspension bridge is about 2500 feet long is considered an engineering marvel for Mozambique and the architectural pride and attraction of the dusty Tete.
