Guam/Northern Marianas: Guam & Northern Marianas Food Recap

Guam and Saipan hardly has any authentic food – multitude of restaurants mostly cater to Japanese/Korean tourists. That being said, the Japanese and Korean dishes are awesome quality, as is Hawaian poke (a traditional pacific way of raw tuna – big-cubed with seaweed, spices, and rock salt) – I just couldn’t get enough of that, and every place had a different take on it.
