Oman: Tawi Attair Sinkhole & Antigravity Point

Tawi Attair is a 210 meter deep sinkhole, a truly massive drop and one of the largest in the world, with a cave at the bottom. Unfortunately, you can’t really descend down there without special equipment and the views from the rim don’t give a full panorama of this geological feature (note to self – I need t buy a drone). Also nearby, before you ascend the mountain plateau where the sinkhole is, lies the Antigravity point. Supposedly, a car will go uphill here due to magnetic reasons. Well, mine didn’t move no matter how I tried – neutral and many different spots. It only went uphill when I pressed the gas (which coincidentally is rather cheap in Oman).
