Shetland: Dore Holm Sea Arch & Coastline

A bit south from the Eshaness Lighthouse there is another part of a spectacular coastline – views of the Dore Holm Sea Arch. The cliffs are not high here but the massive sea arch with the giant opening just off the coast is stunning. Plus there was a lot of wildlife to observe – from Eider ducks with little ducklings learning to swim, mother and baby grey seals basking on small islands and swimming around, to ever present white sheep dotting the green Shetland landscapes.
