Tuamotu/Rangiroa: Beaches of Ile Aux Recif

All the way on the other side of the Rangiroa lagoon lies the area known as Ile Aux Recif. The coral reef here is elevated above the water level and thus creating a scenery of stunning crystal clear water and whitest beaches. This was easily one of the most beautiful beach locales I have ever seen (and I have see a lot). Totally desolate, remote, and you can have a piece of paradise to yourself.
