Tunisia: Tunisian Food Recap

It’s all about seafood where Arabic and French cuisine mix and complement each other. Freshest ingredients straight from the ocean (like in French restaurant, raw fish is actually brought to you by the table to pick). Tunisian salad (tomatoes and fish) was fantastic (not to be confused with tuna salad, which it did resemble). Smoked fish and crushed pepper and oil dip was interesting, wine surprisingly great, and olives to die for.
