Ukraine: Lemuriyskoe Pink Lake

You don’t need to go to Israel to experience the floating in a salt lake – try the Sivash shallow sea separating Ukraine mainland from the Crimea, and the area known as Lemuriyskoe Pink Lake. Here you can swim (more like float) in the super salty waters and feel like the water is pushing you up. The actual amount of salt on a liter of water is 50 grams more here then in the Dead Sea and hence the floating is even more buoyant. The mud at the bottom of the lake is considered medicinal (and even if it wasn’t, somebody would definitely come up with the idea of selling it sooner or later).
