Ukraine: Exploring Kiev
Kiev is the capital of Ukraine and is the city of over 3mm people. Founded back in the 5th century, it became the capital of Kievan Rus (present day Russia, Ukraine, Belarus). Besides the stunning cathedrals and churches and the Pechorskaya Lavra, the are many to other monuments and squares to explore, especially around the Independence Square and the Victory Park. And say hello to uncle Lenin!
