USA/NY: Niagara Falls

Niagara Falls straddle the US/Canadian border. Of the three falls – Horseshoe, American, and Bridal Veil – only the first lies in both countries, while the latter two are entirely in the USA. Plenty of opportunities to see and experience the falls lie on the US side – you can walk up close to the falls on various walkways, you can walk out on the green-glass Prospect Point Observation Tower for a great view of the falls, or you can take Maid of the Mist boat that will go straight to the Horseshoe Falls and get you soaking wet with the mist.
