Vanuatu: Turtle Sanctuary

This place claimed to be a “turtle sanctuary”. While it clearly wasn’t that, but rather a series of natural pools blocked off from the ocean to show off turtles, sharks, and fish, and charge tourists money, I did nonetheless get to hold adorable 8 months and 2 week old turtles in my hands as well as feed papaya to some 70 year old giants.
