Peru: Cusco – Military Parade on Plaza de Armas
Plaza de Armas is also the site of all the festivities and religious celebrations and apparently military ceremonies in Cusco. Not sure what the occasion was but some elite special forever and other military unit stood in the morning sun and salutes the officer and women soldiers with swards, as the military band kept playing and a stray black dog ran around everywhere. And locals, fully dressed in traditional outfits with dead baby alpacas hanging on their back broke out dancing and drinking beer.
