Italy: Maranello – Museo Ferrari
The Ferrari Museum, located next to the car factory in Maranello, south of Modena, is a vast display of the history of the car brand with all the different models from beginning to present, including a couple unreleased models. There are also racing halls of fame with trophies and race cars from different times. Beautiful red cars are swamped with visitors taking pictures with them pretending they own one or someday will (they don’t and they won’t). I personally don’t see the appeal – it’s just a useless toy, where are you gonna speed up without an immediate ticket and license suspension?… And just around the block is a the actual factory entrance.
