Monte Carlo is all about the famous casino, bling, old money meets new money, rich Russian oligarchs, and more bling. The seaside gardens have some awesome views and avant-garde art installations. The parking lot in front of the casino is usually a car museum of the most expensive cars, often with Russian license plates. But this time the winner was an actual bat mobile with a Ukrainian license plate
