South Sudan: Mundari Tribe – Tent Camping at Mundari Camp
To truly appreciate and experience the Mundari tribe one need to spend the evening and morning at the camp. This allows you to see all the cow ceremonies both in the evening and the morning. There are no amenities here – you sleep in a basic dome tent just about 50 meters away from Mundari, with all the cow sounds and dung burning surrounding you. But it’s an amazing experience nonetheless, and you get kids and adults come to say hello both in the evening and the morning.
