One of the most iconic landmarks in Baracoa is the Catedral de Nuestra Senora de la Asunción (Cathedral of Our Lady of the Assumption). This cathedral, built in the 1803, is a blend of Baroque and neoclassical styles with stained glass windows and ornate interior , and the most prominent and colorful building in the center of town.
