Taiwan: Yushan National Park

Yushan National Park covers the highest mountains of Taiwan – there at over 30 peaks here over 3,000 meter (9k feet) in elevation. Steep, vertigo-inducing roads traverse only a small portion of the park, while the eastern part is mostly out of reach. Spectacular vista are at every turn, if you can find a pullout spot.
