Singapore has virtually unlimited choices of food – Indian, Chinese, Malaysian, European, Japanese… But there are a few specialties like Chili Mud Crab (an overly expensive preparation of mud crab in layers of chili sauce that is somewhat overpowering in my opinion), Giant Razor clams (again overloaded with garlic sauce), Laksa (a traditional Malay soup), and much more. Plus a Tiger Beer or a Singapore Sling.
