Namibia: Plains Zebra at Etosha NP

Plains Zebra is a very common species in Etosha, you can see them in hundreds around the waterholes or crossing the saltpans. Interestingly, the babies are slightly differently colored fro the adults – their stripes are more brown then black. The baby zebra look adorable and stand still like plastic toys.
