Afghanistan: National Flag Monument

Sitting on top of a centrally located hill, this flag is 30m long and 20m wide (100×65 feet), along with the flagpole, weighing 1,800 kg and 78m/250ft high, is the largest flag in the country. The entire hill is a park where people drive up to for panoramic views over Kabul. The city lies beneath the hill on both sides and stretches to horizon. You can see blimps patrolling the security of the city. And US Apache helicopter pass by once in a while.
