Algeria: M’zab Valley – Bounoura
Bounoura was the second UNESCO-listed hilltop fortified town in the M’zab Valley that we visited. From the outside, it looked like a total fortress, and narrow streets lead up to the stunning mudbrick mosque on the top with panoramic views.
