Angola: Cabo Ledo
Cabo Ledo is 120m south of Luanda and it is one of the premier beach resort destinations in the country. White sand, clear blue water of the Atlantic, and a beautiful crescent of bay surrounds this yet untouched piece of paradise. There is no development yet, except for two eco-friendly lodges. The waves at Cabo Ledo are also famous for forming a long barrel roll against the coastline, making it one of the best spot for surfing on the entire Atlantic coast of Africa. Still, tourism is in the very early stages of development here in Angola, and if you make it to Cabo Ledo, you are most likely to have the entire beach, waves, and bay all to yourself.
