Australia: Queensland Food Recap
Cairns in Queensland offered fantastic fresh fish – tuna, barramundi, grouper as well as more classic burger and pork stuff in Torres Strait (the latter not exactly the gastronomic capital of Australia, more like a real backwater). The north has a lot of light beers, perfect for hot weather and some chilling. Oh and the crocodile and kangaroo were awesome!
