Austria: Driving Through Tirol
The one day we had for Austria was a total washout with nonstop rain that ruin pretty much all stops. Driving across Tirol to Slovenia we passed multiple clifftop castles that dot this part of Austria, many small market towns, and beautiful mountain landscapes (if it wasn’t for the rain, fog and clouds). Stops (albeit brief) included Schloss Tratzberg, Matrei in Osttirol and Schloss Weissenstein, Schloss Bruck and several others.
