Azerbaijan: Fuzuli-Shusha Highway
The Fuzuli-Shusha Highway aka Victory Road is the first and largest infrastructure project after the territories were recaptured in the Second Karabakh War. The road literally follows the path of the Azeri military advance in 2020 toward Shusha. It is state of the art multi lane highway with many tunnels leading up into the mountains around Shusha.
