Bahamas/Abacos: Sandy Point
Sandy Point is on the far southwestern side of the Great Abaco Island. It’s really in the middle of nowhere after a long drive across a rather desolate island. There is a small community here, just fishermen, no hotels or tourists. The beach is scenic but shallow, but with plenty of interesting marine life.
