Belgium: Brussels – Atomium

Atomium is one of Brussels’ most well-known landmarks, originally built in 1958 for the Expo 58 that Brussels hosted. The steel and aluminum structure is 105 m / 335 ft high and consists of nine metal spheres interconnected together to represent an iron crystal magnified 165 billion times.
