Belize: Caye Caulcker

Caye Caulcker is one of the cayes (keys) of the Belize barrier reef. It’s a small island (actually cut in two by a recent hurricane) with an absolutely laidback lifestyle: no shirt no shoes no problem. There are no cars but only golfcarts driving in 3 beach sand roads. Tons of grilled snapper, conch ceviche, and lobster locations. Even more snorkel and dive shops. The reef is only several hundred meters away…
