Bermuda: Bermudan Food Recap
Being a remote island archipelago, seafood is prominent in the menu – wahoo, rockfish, Atlantic salmon, tuna, octopus, spiny lobster, and so on. No local beers, but there is local Black Seal rum and a myriad of drinks that are basically rum punches based on it. Oh, and the traditional Bermudan Fish Chowder is very different from New England one – on Bermuda it’s in a clear broth that you pour a large doze of spicy Black Rum into. Alcohol in soup!
