Cabo Verde/Santiago: Birding on Santiago Island

There are several endemic species on the Santiago Island of Cabo Verde, like Cape Verde Sparrow, Cape Verde Swamp Warbler, Alexander’s Swift,  and of course the spectacular Gray-headed Kingfisher.
