Cabo Verde/Sao Vicente: Mindelo – Fish Market
Being islands smack in the middle of Atlantic, Cabo Verde is abundant in fish – and the local seafood market has it all – octopus, red fluorescent grouper, parrotfish, barracuda, tuna, flying fish, and tons more. Especially awesome were snakelike Moray eels (and they taste awesome grilled).
