Canada/Ontario: Algonquin PP – Spruce Bog Trail and Beaver Lake Trail
Two more hiking trails in Algonquin Provincial Park – Spruce Bog Trail Beaver Lake Trail. The former is a mostly boardwalk trail through a section of a northern spruce bog. The latter is an up and down hike leading to a river damned by beavers. Both trails are great opportunities to spot wildlife, especially around the water – we got to see two giant moose, a roughed grouse, and loads of chipmunks. Both trails are loops.
