Canada/Ontario: Fort George National Histiric Site
Fort George was a military fortification in Niagara-on-the-Lake. The fort was used by the British Army who built in in 1790s, then the Canadian militia, and also the Jeffersonian American Republic Army for a brief period. The fort was mostly destroyed during the War of 1812.
