Canada/Ontario: Killarney Provincial Park

Killarney Provincial Park is one of the jewels of Ontario, located near the northern shore of Georgian Bay. Known for its rugged terrain, the park features pristine lakes, white quartzite ridges of the La Cloche Mountains, and dense forests. It’s a beautiful scenery of exposed rocks, lakes full of blooming white lilies, and a wide variety of flora and fauna. As we hiked the Cranberry Bog Trail , there was lots to see – mushrooms, orchids, amphibians, and insects along the way.
