Canada/AB: Jasper NP – Mt Edith Cavell & Angel Glacier

Another must-do spectacular hike in the Canadian Rockies – the hike to the Angel Glacier in the Mount Edith Cavell area. The settings are truly amazing – the high peaks of Mount Edith Cavell, the hanging Angel glacier on the mountain slopes, the deep fissures and crevices of the glacier leading toward the ground, the turquoise meltwater of the Cavell Pond, and all surrounded by orange-colored cliffs – surreal! Sometimes, there is a glacier ice cave that ca be entered and explored at your own risk.
