Canada/Nova Scotia: Peggy’s Cove

Peggy’s Cove is one of the most famous tourist landmarks in Nova Scotia – it is a small maritime village with Peggy’s Point Lighthouse towering on a hill above. The lighthouse is picture perfect – snow-white with the red top, standing on a pile of boulders on a rocky outcrop. The fishing village is quite interesting as well – with old houses, fishing nets, and lobster traps, and colorful fishing boats.
