Canada/Somerset Island: Arctic Char Fishing

The extreme north of the Arctic has rivers and lakes full of salmonid species called Arctic Char. The fish come into the freshwater to spawn annually and behave very similar to salmon. They are awesome to fish as they put up quite a fight and delicious to eat.
