Canada/Nunavut: Birds in the Arctic
The arctic comes alive in spring with migrating birds – massive flocks of geese (Snow, Canada, and Brandt) flying across the sky and land on open water streams. Hawks and eagles patrol the territory from up high. Arctic birds are present as well – ptarmigans start changing color from snowy white to black, and I even got super lucky to snap a picture of an elusive Snowy Owl!
