Canada/Quebec: Sleeping in an Igloo at Monts-Valin NP
Try this for roughing it – sleeping in an authentic snow igloo in the northern Canada on what turned out to be the coldest night of the winter of 2007, with temperature dipping to -31 C (-24 F). This ain’t the luxurious ice hotel in Sweden – you sleep in a super thick sleeping bag, while the air you breeze literally freezes around you and the water bottle is rock solid in a few hours as well.
