3 Focs is a traditional Catalan brasserie that aims to replicate the authentic experience of a Catalan masía (farmhouse) focusing mostly on charcoal-grilled traditional Catalan cuisine dishes and solely locally sourced ingredients. While the place may not be fancy or well known, it’s truly an authentic experience to try very special and delicious dishes like grilled calcots, grilled Catalan artichokes, butifarra de payes (Catalan sausage), secreto de cerdo iberico, escalivada (grilled red peppers and eggplant served with olive oil and goat cheese), girgoles (wild oyster mushroom), and much more. And of course the super awesome cream Catalana desert.
